This balanced Armenian white wine is made from the Kangun and Garan Dmak grape varieties. The grapes are harvested exclusively by hand at optimal ripeness. After harvesting, they are swiftly transported to the winery, where they are carefully sorted and gently crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperatures, preserving the wine’s delicate aromas and freshness.
