Malahi wines are our newest product line. Malahi is the ancient name for Areni, Armenia’s most important red grape variety. During the Soviet era, the name was forcibly changed to Areni. The slogan of the wines is “Crossing Parallels,” symbolizing the meeting point of international and indigenous grape varieties as well as different winegrowing traditions. The artwork on the label is called “Chameleon” and was created by the architect Ararat Haydeyan. This wine was aged in barrels for more than 12 months.
