The grapes are carefully harvested at optimal ripeness: Syrah and Merlot in September, while Areni is picked during the second half of October. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with extended skin contact to preserve the wine’s depth, structure, and aromatic intensity. The wine is intentionally unoaked, allowing the freshness, elegance, and authentic character of the grape varieties to shine through.
