Aging 24 months in amphorae of various sizes with short passages in large wooden barrels to refine the tanninsIn the nose red fruit aromas with delicate floral as well as slightly spicy notes. Very concentrated on the palate with a subtle intensity. Dry but very fine and soft tannins.
