1. 1. Sales prices, invoicing, means of payment

   All prices are in Swiss Francs, and include the VAT. Transportation and shipping costs inside or outside Switzerland and customs duties for other countries are not included in the quoted prices and may be added.

3. 2. Validity of the conditions and prices
   The prices published at the time of the order apply. Assets, vintage, price and condition changes, the availability of the wines and a correction of obvious errors and typos remain reserved.
   
   

4. 3. Delivery conditions
   For an order within Switzerland, the shipping cost is CHF 15.00. Typically, you will receive your order within 3-4 business days from the payment date.

6. 4. Terms of payment
   Invoices are payable within 30 days net from date of invoice. Default interest and remainder fees may be applied and charged. In case of new customers or negative payment experiences, we reserve the right to deny the sale, deny or refuse to accept and process credit card payments, advance payments or any other payments. in special circumstances we reserve the right to enact different legal payment options. For orders over CHF 500 a pre-payment from new customers is required. No invoices will be sent outside Switzerland.

9. retention of title and right of rescission The goods shall remain the property of HERES WINE HANDEL until payment has been made in full. In case of default of payment we are entitled to withdraw from the purchase contract.

    HERES WINE HANDEL sells alcoholic beverages only to persons over 18 years of age. With your order you state and confirm that you are above 18 and are legally allowed to purchase alchohol. You also accept full legal and moral resposnibility for your statement.

    Any liability in connection with our offer (in particular incorrect illustrations, texts and prices) and the delivery is, as far as permitted by law, excluded.

    We collect your data for marketing, research and quality control purposes. However we do not sell your data and will not sell your data. The data of the order may be used to send newsletters / event announcements. Any further use or disclosure is excluded. The customer is entitled to opt out of marketing newsletters.

    Our business activities are based on Swiss law. Jurisdiction is Zurich.
