Zorah Heritage Sirení 2019
Zorah Heritage Sirení 2019 is an elegant Armenian red wine made from grape variety 80% Sireni, 20% Ararati. Both grape varieties are fermented separately in traditional Armenian karasses that are buried ¾ in the ground. They are then blended together and aged for about two years in a mix of clay amphora (karasses) and raw concrete vats with no epoxy coating. The wine has an alcohol percentage of 13.5% and comes from the Vayots Dzor region.

Flavor character of Zorah Heritage Sirení 2019
While the Sireni produces a full-bodied wine with firm tannin’s and notes of black fruit, pomegranate and licorice, the Ararati lifts the wine and gives it vitality and complexity. A full wine with firm tannins and notes of black fruit, pomegranate and licorice. Suggestions for accompaniment: Grilled tuna with ginger – Aubergine and tomato jam pie with Thai lemongrass – Veal teats with tarragon.
